This ripe, off-dry wine comes across as rather full-bodied, balancing melon and pear flavors against zesty lemon and peppery spice notes. Picks up a chalky, flinty note on the finish. Imported by Via Pacifica Imports.

Smoky and complex, with herb, earth and mixed berry aromas setting the stage for a supple mouthfeel and pleasant red-berry and earth flavors. Finishes a little short, but pretty good stuff overall. Imported by Via Pacifica Imports.

Black cherry and vanilla start strong enough, and touches of herbs and black pepper add complexity to the nose. The palate is a bit candied and simple, turning very tangy on the finish.

Reductive on the nose, with tar, rubber and chocolate notes that make the flavors challenging to find. There are some modest citrus notes on the finish. Try vigorous decanting to help it along.
