A very herbaceous nose and lean grapefruit and gooseberry flavor profile make this a fairly textbook rendition of this certain style of Sauvignon Blanc. The texture is quite crisp and the finish dry, with a pronounced lime quality. Very alive, and not a wine people will be ambivalent about.  — M.M.  (10/1/2000)
