A metodo classico, or bottle-fermented sparkler, with yellow fruit, rose petal and toasted-nutty notes. The wine’s color is brilliantly golden and its flavors are very much on the toasty side, even 10 years later. Imported by Zonin USA.

This is an interesting wine: A charmat-method sparkler made with 100% Pinot Noir that could pass for a classic method one. For this reason, the pricing is attractive and the wine delivers sweet fruit aromas and a tart note on the finish. Imported by Zonin USA.

An enjoyable sparkling wine with citrus, pears and toasted almonds on the nose. Shows similar flavors on the palate, where it reveals a surprise splash of hazelnut. Refermented using the long charmat process, the bubble size and persistence makes you think it was done in the metodo classico.
