Made primarily from Verduzzo, with a small percentage of other native grapes, this opens with aromas of caramel, butterscotch, pine nut and sweet apricot. The acidity keeps the palate refreshed. This tastes like it should cost two or three times its price.

A ripe note of honeydew, apricot and butterscotch opens the bouquet of this lively sparkler. There’s a chewy touch of sticky sweetness on the close.
