Thistle 2006 Pinot Noir (Dundee Hills)
This is Oregon Pinot Noir at its best, with varietal distinction and well-defined terroir. Great purity of fruit shows in a wine of tremendous focus and concentration. Strawberry and cherry flavors are set in a perfectly balanced, moderately alcoholic wine with careful details of baking spice, cola and cocoa.

Thistle 2009 Pinot Blanc (Dundee Hills)
This lively, spritzy Pinot Blanc, made from organically grown grapes, matches the previous vintage with lovely fruit—golden apple, pink grapefruit and pickled watermelon. It freshens and lifts the palate as it moves into a finish that keeps the fruit while adding a strong vein of mineral and wet rock.
Thistle 2007 Chardonnay (Dundee Hills)
This herbal, crisp Chardonnay is clean and bracing. The winery name suggests the flavors, which have a thistly component, along with tangerine, Meyer lemon, lime, green apple and tonic. Very long and very fresh.
Thistle 2012 Chardonnay (Dundee Hills)
This estate-grown, organic Chardonnay is a terrific value, detailed and brightly fruity, with precise angles and spicy details. The apple/pear/pineapple fruit flavors are crisply defined, perfectly ripe, and beautifully balanced.
Thistle 2012 Pinot Noir (Dundee Hills)
A lovely, fresh, fruit-forward Pinot, it’s flush with flavors of plums and cherries as it fills the palate. It gains power and mass with dark, slightly charred flavors of espresso wrapped into the finishing tannins.
Thistle 2012 Pinot Blanc (Dundee Hills)
Thistle consistently produces one of Oregon’s best Pinot Blancs. This is creamy and fresh, bursting with ripe pear and melon, and streaked with a gentle hint of coconut and vanilla. The lush finish seems to carry on for a full minute or longer.
