Very pale in color, this ’07 Gewurz, tasted just 6 months after harvest, was a bit muted. Airing brings out rich, spicy aromas and flavors ranging from green apples and peaches to dates, vanilla, wildflowers and dusty spices. The wine was barrel-fermented.
