Thick and saucy, with a nose akin to BBQ. Along the way are chocolate, stewed prune and bacon. The mouth sports rich, ripe cherry and berry fruit while the easygoing finish yields more of that oaky bacon found on the nose. On the heavier but not too much so. — M.S. (12/31/2004)
