The acidity is high in this vibrant Pinot Noir, giving it a tart, bracing mouthfeel. Then there’s the fruit, suggesting mashed red cherries with the skins, anise, cola and black pepper. It’s an interesting wine from a cool-climate region whose potential is just beginning to be explored.
