A rosé made from the color of the grape skins rather than the more usual Champagne system of adding red wine. It is as light as a feather, with just hints of raspberry fruits and delicious acidity, with a dry aftertaste.

Still young, this round and textured Champagne has great apple and citrus flavors. It is tightly drawn with a great line of acidity, some toast and the purest light final touch of fruit. Age for 4–5 years and more.

This nonvintage is sweeter and softer than some of the other Champagnes in the Vollereaux range. The result is a wine that is ready to drink, full of fresh apple acidity with an attractive kiwi aftertaste.
