Sharp and slightly bitter upon entry, this young Viognier has varietal flavors of lemon/lime rind, along with unusual accents such as clove. It was whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented, retaining plenty of acidity. Should show best with food.  — P.G.  (7/1/2011)
