A structured wine, the weight and severe mineral character showing through richness. White peaches balance the acidity and a smoky layer from wood. It is drinkable now, but really worth aging a year.

Thanks to the vintage, this is showing more fat than usual, yet still retains a gorgeous sense of balance. Orange and mineral flavors dance on the palate, accompanied by hints of apple, pineapple and lime. From a biodynamic producer, with no added yeasts, no chaptalization and no wood aging. Imported by Kysela Père et Fils.

Ripe fruit in the mouth, with a fine layer of green plums, apricots and balancing acidity. An open wine, generous in texture and weight, ready to drink in the next few months.

From a walled clos in the village of Chardonnay, this is a rich wine, full of creamy caramel-tinged fruit, ripe and spicy, beautifully soft and opulent.

This 16–acre estate is run biodynamically, producing intensely flavored, honeyed, ripe wines. This is succulent from ripe fruit, with the acidity bright and vivid, finishing with sweet pineapple and apricot flavors.

The wood aging gives this wine a smooth, velvet texture, the toast lying easily over the fresh fruit that is hallmark of Renaud wines. It is finely balanced, a lively wine that has been rounded out well by the wood.

Very soft fruit, with lovely ripe flavors, this white-fruited wine brings delicious white pear flavors highlighted by citrus flashes. Already very attractive.

Tasted at a closed stage in its evolution, the fruit was very much quiescent, showing merely hints of peach and citrus. More mineral than the richer 2003, with a long, mineral-and-grapefruit finish. Drink 2008–2015, maybe longer. A 1986 tasted at the domaine late in 2004 was still delicious (90 points). Imported by Kysela Père et Fils.
