One of the most fragrant, subtle Sauvignons you’ll encounter. The nose spreads out like a garden in spring, with honeysuckle supported by chalky minerality. The palate delivers lemon chiffon along with light tropical fruit, while the finish is creamy, long and flawless. Here’s a wood-aged Pinot Bianco with aromas of vanilla and creamy butter backed by banana, exotic fruit and mango. The oak shadings give the wine a sophisticated, opulent edge and suggest a pairing with lobster or New England clam chowder.

Very sophisticated and opulent, this is a rich blend of Sauvignon, Picolit, Tocai Friulano, Pinot Grigio and Verduzzo with a deep golden color and immediate aromas of stone fruit, melon, exotic fruit and pink grapefruit. Rich and creamy, it would make a great companion to shellfish and cream-based dishes.

Here’s a toasty and nutty Pinot Grigio that has obviously benefited from mild oak aging to achieve smooth texture and luscious length on the finish. It’s an opulent, round wine that would pair well with grilled asparagus or white meat.

There’s a soft, creamy quality to this Sauvignon (with 10% barrel-fermented Picolit added to the blend) that recalls aromas of peach, passion fruit and papaya. There’s excellent depth and density here and the wine is generous and chewy in the mouth. Pair this citrusy white with shellfish or pasta con vongole.

This gorgeous 70-30 blend of Friulano and Ribolla Gialla is dense and well-concentrated with aromas of mature peach, apricot, honey, toasted almond and exotic fruit. The wine has a soft and supple feel in the mouth and ends with a hint of bitter almond on the close: It’s complex and harmonious overall.

If you want to taste the true flavors of Northeast Italy, we recommend you try this wine. Biancosesto is a highly successful marriage of Friulano and Ribolla Gialla (two leading indigenous grapes) that delivers intense aromas of passion fruit, peach, honeysuckle, lemon zest and candied fruit. What sets it apart however is its soft, creamy texture.
