This is an aged and slightly oxidized Gavi sparkler that delivers intense aromas of citrus peel, almond nut, mature peach, herbs and pressed flowers. The wine tastes thick and dense in the mouth and offers an extremely long close. You either like this style or you don’t.

This is a unique expression of Gavi (from the far-away 2000 vintage) that shows the extraordinary aging potential of this lively white wine. The elegance is all in the aging. Stone fruit and floral notes are enhanced by white mineral, smoky ash and dried lemon zest. The wine is fresh and crisp with a sour almond note on the close. This wine won’t appeal to everyone.

This is a broad and sophisticated Gavi sparkler with rich aromas of mature peach, pear, toasted bread, yeast and lemon meringue. The wine is textured and dense in the mouth but its lively effervescence keeps it fresh and zippy on the close.

From the family’s oldest vines and best-situated vineyard, this unusually rich Gavi is 100% barrel fermented and aged. Beautifully balanced, with a creamy mouthfeel, lemony fruit and just a touch of vanilla and spice from the oak.

Made with the native Cortese grape of northern Italy, this luminous sparkling wine opens with toasted notes of roasted almond, white pepper and mature peach or apricot. Firm, steely effervescence gives the wine a sharp, determined personality.

Full aromas of melon and peach that are clear and focused distinguish this wine. It’s citrusy, emphasizing orange and grapefruit, but under that a core of green apple provides a firm foundation. Tight on the finish, but then it spreads out. Squarely on the money for the style, and likely up to fine food, say grilled branzino.

Super fresh, snappy, lip-smacking and almost sweet. Is there mass appeal written on this wine? You bet, what with sweetness interwoven into the pineapple, green apple and lime flavor profile. Even the finish has some layers and a band of complexity to accent otherwise pleasurable flavors.

Starts off smelling pretty standard, with apple, pear and melon scents mingling on the nose, then takes it a step further on the palate with bold, ripe tropical flavors playing against crisp, mouthwatering acids and minerals. Drink now.
