Peach, mint and toasted hazelnut aromas lead into bright, citrusy peach and pear flavors. Finishes clean and crisp, albeit a little short. A tasty lightweight built to serve as an apéritif or with light fish and chicken preparations.

No doubt a blend of Hawkes Bay and Gisborne fruit that’s unfortunately lost its way in a lumberyard. It’s full, indicating adequate sugar levels, but lacks fruit flavor, instead relying on wood for much of its character.
