Although the nose yields slightly oxidized aromas, the spicy cherry palate is lively and clean. For a young red table wine, it provides ample pop and length along with bright strawberry flavors. The balance in the mouth and finish is entirely correct.

Deep aromas for a light wine. Carbonic maceration used here (as in Beaujolais). Ajuciy and bright, but not wimpy or vacuos wine. Lively an dfresh, but with a smoky, dark note what that adds interest. Rounds an impressive trio in aprice where little of merit is expected.
