Low yields, old vines and 2 years’ lees aging are the basis of this concentrated wine. It is rich, full, very intense, but doesn’t lose sight of strong minerality. Certainly a wine for aging, this is only just beginning its ripe development.

Powerful, rich, yeasty, packed with green and white fruits, this is a dense wine. The acidity throws a punch, but then the fruit is ripe enough to balance. Impressive wine, still developing.

Very dry, crisp, grapefruit and green apple flavors pile through this wine. There is some spice, hints of kiwi and a layer of apple skin tannins. All these intense flavors explode from the glass.
