A blend of various vineyards, this is a seamless Cabernet, impossible to find any fault with. It’s just perfect in structural integrity and sweet, oak-accented blackberry, cherry and cassis fruit. So delicious, you’ll want to drink it now, and that’s just fine.

This new brand is sourced from various vineyards throughout the valley. It’s very ripe and interesting, offering the rich flavors and balance of the vintage. Gentle now in blackberries, black currants, anise and sweet cedar wood, and should develop over the next 5–6 years.

Massively rich and sweet in blackberries, cherries, cola and oak, this Cabernet trades complexity and dryness for sheer razzle-dazzle. It’s an impressive, show-offy wine, but if you want to cellar it, you’re a gambler.

A rugged, fierce wine, brusque in tannins, that needs big, rich meats and oils to balance it out. Short ribs and similar fare will play well against the blackberry and raisin flavors of this high-alcohol Zin.
