This is pure mineral, chalk and lean austerity initially, but opens up with apples, lime and green plums. It is intense, concentrated and structured; needs time. Wait 4–5 years.

This sweet-fruited wine is laden with white fruits and touched with pineapple yet still remains deliciously fresh. It is a creamy wine, toast flavors rounding it out, the minerality only showing through on the firm finish.

A beautifully balanced wine, its acidity blending easily with the fresh fruits, toast and rich texture. There is a high mineral content, but this fits well into the white fruits, lime zest and final freshness.
