The wine has some of the steely, mineral character of Chablis, while also offering richer toast flavors. It is crisp, a delicious green edge to it, while the structure promises a few years development.

An open, full and fleshy wine, with just a hint of mineral character. It is round, flavored with white pears, almonds and finishing with crisp layers of acidity. The complexity is still developing.

Fresh and soft initially, this wine takes a while to reveal some mineral structure. But then, deliciously friendly white fruits surround this taut structure. The acidity is crisp, fresh, leaving orange zest and green fruits for the finish.
