Spearmint and chocolate aromas add character to the raspberry on the nose. Berries, cocoa powder, pepper and herbs create an exciting palate, one that leads nicely into a smooth, lengthy finish that’s graced by mint and solid but forgiving tannins. One reviewer found it dusty and lean while still liking the wine.
