The acidity is supportive but never sour; the fruit ripe but not heavy or thick. A lovely wine to explore with a variety of soft cheeses, pastas and seafood.

After some initial burnt matchstick aromas blow off, this wine reveals pretty scents of raspberries, blackberries and minerals. Juicy and medium-bodied, it picks up cedary nuances on the finish.
