This Cab is hard-capped on the nose, with chocolate, vanilla and plastic-like aromas. In the mouth, it’s nervy and hints at astringency, while the flavor profile is led by lemony oak but also shows dark cherry and cassis. This is bold on the back side, with a resiny, oaky finish.
