Aragosta 2003 Vermentino (Vermentino di Sardegna)

Light and flowery, with aromas of gardenia, air freshener and simple white fruits. Runs sweet and easy on the palate, if a bit watery. Flavors of apple and nectarine aren’t dilute but they are thin. With a big lobster on the label, it seems targeted for waterside fish joints.  — M.S.  (7/1/2005)
