Banolis 1998 Pinot Grigio (Grave del Friuli)

Fat nose of pear and some slight nuttiness. Herb and almond flavors. Mouthfeel is rich and fairly full for this varietal. Closes with a spicy, mineral, peppery edge. Very nice.  — W.E.  (8/1/1999)
