Beaumont des Crayères 1999 Nostalgie Brut Sparkling (Champagne)

While it is relatively soft, a product of the 1999 vintage, this wine still has great style. With its still fresh grapefruit, white currant and floral character, it has youth. At the same time, there is the beginning of maturity showing through in some toastiness. It is ready to drink now.  — R.V.  (12/1/2008)
