Rovittello from Mt. Etna is an exceptionally harmonious and well-balanced wine with no sharp edges. You’ll get sweet spice, clove and cinnamon backed by volcanic ash and smoke. Fruit nuances appear in the mouth thanks to the wine’s soft, plush texture. Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio (20%) are aged one year in oak barrique.
