An open-knit, friendly nose features lots of nectarine and ripe apple scents. Medium-weight, with plenty of stone fruit on the palate, it finishes with a cleansing burst of peppery spice. Try as an apéritif.

Here’s a Pinot Grigio with fruit selected from five different vineyards in Friuli’s Gradisca d’Isonzo area. Three of the sites render fruit used as the wine’s backbone and the remaining sites render fruit with more delicate aromas of dried hay, vanilla bean and dried lemon rind. Imported by Empson (USA) Ltd.
