Riper and richer than most Pinotage, with loads of decadent berry preserves, caramel sauce and melted dark chocolate aromas. The lushness carries through to the mouth, with a round mouthfeel full of dark fruit with accents of leather and cigar box. The peppery finish leaves a satisfying spicy note lingering in your mouth through the close.

A hint of spiced cured meat mixes with the assertive notes of cassis and black plum in the bouquet. The mouth shows more of an herbal character with flavors of licorice, cigar tobacco and pepper that linger through the close. Firmly structured but with a creamy feel and dissipating tannins.

Red berries, bramble, sweet spice and a touch of caramel are the core of this wine. Medium weight in the mouth with soft tannins and a short, clean finish.
