Ripe and rocking, with huge extract and aromas of bacon, black cherry and fine-grained oak. What a specimen this is; the palate blasts with blackberry and spiced meat, while the finish comes on like a freight train. Notes of jerky, leather and bitter chocolate add grit to the pure fruit that defines this wine.
