This magnificent expression of Sauvignon is very true to the variety and represents a huge step forward for the winemaking program of the Zonin family (that owns this estate). With help from Bordeaux professor Denis Dubourdieu, the wine crafted here is bright, deeply aromatic, fresh and crisp. It delivers exotic fruit, white flower, dried sage, ginger and tomato…

Some of the aromatic magic present in Aquilis (this estate’s top shelf Sauvignon) comes through here. This is a fresh and fragrant white with bright aromas of citrus, exotic fruit, papaya, tomato leaf, sage and crushed white pepper. The mouthful is mild and tempered but the bouquet really sets the wine apart.

This property, owned by the Zonin family, is improving with each vintage. The Traminer has ripe, intensely spicy fruit, with a fine, crisp layer to give it poise and shape. The aftertaste is exotic, flavors of oriental spices blending with lychees.

There’s a light, fresh quality to this easy-drinking Pinot Grigio that would pair it next to crab cakes or summer salads. The wine offers notes of peach, melon and pear followed by a pretty dusting of crushed mineral.

An uncomplicated and easy wine with lemon candy drops, pineapple, lemongrass and a generally crisp and clean nose. There’s a fat feeling in the mouth. Imported by Zonin USA.

There’s an almond nut, herbal quality to this Prosecco Brut that gives it a broader, dusty quality. The wine is simple and light with a clear, watery feel and some peachy sweetness on the close. Fruit is sourced from the Friuli region in northeastern Italy.
