Cape Chamonix 2005 Reserve Chardonnay (Franschhoek)
This structured, creamy wine displays all of the hallmakers of a great Chardonnay: appetizing toasted wood, elegant, integrated flavors and a natural acid that gives the wine excellent balance. A great food wine.

Cape Chamonix 2004 Troika Red (Franschhoek)
A blend of Cabernet, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, this Bordeaux-style red has beautiful, layered aromatics leading into poised flavors of pepper and spice, and the structure is both assertive and balanced. A great food wine, it will pair well with everything from salmon to grilled steak.

Cape Chamonix 2005 Reserve Pinot Noir (Franschhoek)
Stylish and reserved like most of Chamonix’s wines, this is a unique selection since Pinot Noir is not a prevalent grape in South Africa. A lovely floral nose, subtle but distinctive, is followed by fruit-forward berries and a lively, Burgundian-style acid lift. The finish is long but gentle.
