Castillo De Feliciana 2009 Phinny Hill Vineyard Malbec (Horse Heaven Hills)
Price
$38
Hearty and rich, this ripe rendition of Malbec (with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon blended in) was given just the right percentage (one third) of new French oak. Black fruit is complemented by barrel flavors of licorice and vanilla, and the medium-grained tannins lend further authority and support to the finish.

Castillo De Feliciana 2009 Bolsa Negra Reserva Vino Rojo Red (Horse Heaven Hills)
Price
$56
Roughly half Malbec and half Cabernet, this is a lush, full-bodied, round and plummy red. It deftly mixes its tangy red fruit with pretty baking-spice accents, light herb and fresh loam.

Castillo De Feliciana 2008 ¡Adentro! Red (Walla Walla Valley)
Online Exclusive
Price
$29
Despite the Spanish name and label, this is a Bordeaux blend sourced primarily from the Les Collines vineyard. Slightly soapy, with sandalwood and toast over light berry flavors, it’s a quaffable red, but does not have the stuffing or structure to age.

Castillo De Feliciana 2007 Tempranillo (Wahluke Slope)
Online Exclusive
Price
$28
A modestly proportioned, pure Tempranillo, this makes a toasty impression more than a fruity one. Some blackberry and plum flavors, tart and astringent, lead into a tannic, grainy finish.
