Château Ormes de Pez 2005 Red (Saint-Estèphe)
Very dense, black, dominated by dark tannins and plum skins, with a mineral edge. The acidity and the ripe fruits are under all this structure, typical of young Saint-Estèphe. This needs time—don’t touch for five years.

Château Ormes de Pez 2004 Red (Saint-Estèphe)
A wine that brings out the best of the interaction between tannins and fruit. It is deliciously ripe, powered by cassis and sweet blueberry flavors. Underpinning this fruit are solid, dark and intense tannins. The wine should age well—over 10 years and more.
