Château Sainte Roseline 2004 Cru Classe Lampe de Meduse Rosé (Côtes de Provence)

A nice summer rosé, if only it weren't quite so expensive. The color is a pretty light copper hue, the aromas fresh and minerally, with touches of watermelon rind and strawberry. It's fairly full-bodied, with flavors that hint at berries and anise, then finish with a hint of fennel.
