Domaine Castel Oualou 2005 Red (Lirac)
Has a beautifully nuanced bouquet of raspberries and briary spice, but doesn’t quite follow through on the palate with the richness and intensity seen in the region’s best wines. It’s still very good, albeit in a slightly lightweight style.
