Domaine Joël Delaunay 2007 L'Antique des Cabotières Red (Touraine)
-
$18
It is the blend of Malbec (Cot) and Cabernet Franc that gives this wine its intense, dry, tannic core. It is, though, all fruit as well, crisp plum skin textures and smoky black berry flavors. Despite the cooler year, this offers ripeness as well as taut, fresh acidity.

Domaine Joël Delaunay 2009 Le Bois Martin Sauvignon Blanc (Touraine)
Ripe, soft wine, deliciously rounded with fresh white and green fruits combining into a creamy herbaceousness. There is a final tang to this concentrated, full wine. Screwcap.

Domaine Joël Delaunay 2008 Le Bois Martin Sauvignon Blanc (Touraine)

$16
A soft, relatively ripe style of Sauvignon Blanc, moving towards white fruits, even hints of lychee spice. But the wine also has an herbaceous element, showing young, green plum juiciness. It is simple, fresh and attractive to drink now. Screwcap.
