Composed of 85% Syrah, 10% Grenache and 5% Mourvèdre and aged in almost exclusively new oak for eight months, this is an opulent wine loaded with dark cherry and raspberry, mocha and garrigue spice throughout. It’s full and lush but balanced and well integrated. Drinks beautifully now but should hold for another couple of years.
