Dry and balanced, this Cabernet comes from warmer parts of the Central Coast, where Cabernet gets ripe. The wine is full-bodied and savory in blackberries, currants and cedar. Shows lots of class and harmony.

This wine will fly out the door for both its price and quality. Silky, crisp and fruity, it has flavors of limes, pineapples, peaches, green apples, nectarines and flowers, with a stony minerality. The finish is just a little off-dry.

Lots of richness for the price in this Chardonnay. Shows pineapple custard, lemon meringue pie, vanilla cream and caramel flavors, brightened with crisp acidity. Easy to find, with 9,000 cases produced.

Good value in a slightly off-dry white wine that brims with upfront green apple, Kaffir lime, Meyer lemon, orange and honeysuckle flavors. Best of all is the crisp, refreshing acidity that makes the finish so clean.

It’s soft and smooth, with leafy, herbal accents to the mixed berry and tomato fruit. On the light side, but easy to drink and a good value.

This textbook Paso Cabernet is soft, although fairly tannic, with very ripe flavors of blackberries, chocolate and coffee. It’s simple, but so balanced and clean, it’s just yummy.

A little sweet, like a vanilla wafer, but with its crisp acidity and tangy pineapple, lime and roasted almond flavors, it’s a good value.

A very nice Chard, especially at this price. Smooth and creamy, with good acids framing intensely ripe flavors of pineapple, marzipan and cinnamon spice, leading to a long finish.
