Dry and racy in acidity, with a mouthwatering minerality leading to richer flavors of pineapples and other tropical fruits, enhanced with vanilla and buttered toast.

Shows good Dry Creek Zin character in the briary, wild berry flavors and exotic spices, with a nice touch of oak. The structure is soft, and the wine is a bit sweet, but it’s a good sipper for everyday fare.
