Nice apple, vanilla and mineral on the nose, but flavorwise, the wine comes up reserved and simple. There’s some citrus, pear and pineapple along with mineral and chalk, but it doesn’t sing and it surely isn’t intense. Lightweight; a nice quaff. Imported by Daniel Johnnes Wines.  — W.E.  (7/1/2005)
