Fürst von Metternich NV Cuvee Trocken Riesling Sekt (Germany)

Lilac-scented, this wine develops hints of apples and pears on the nose, while the flavors gravitate toward melon and peach. Light-bodied and a bit soft, but easy to drink. Not as dry as expected, given the trocken designation.
