Fürst von Metternich NV Brut Riesling Sekt (Germany)
Price
$23
Fresh and apple-y from start to finish, with even a hint of spring flowers. Creamy and a bit soft in the mouth. This isn't complex, but is clean and tasty, easy-to-drink bubbly.

Fürst von Metternich NV Cuvee Trocken Riesling Sekt (Germany)
Price
$15
Lilac-scented, this wine develops hints of apples and pears on the nose, while the flavors gravitate toward melon and peach. Light-bodied and a bit soft, but easy to drink. Not as dry as expected, given the trocken designation.
