Gonzalez Byass NV Matusalem Oloroso Dulce Viejo Sherry (Jerez)
-
$45
Outstanding Sherry with complexity, richness and character. The nose has a salinic zest to it, making it no wallflower, and of course there’s raisin and prune. The palate is formed, sculpted and balanced, with peanut M&M’s candy, roasted fruit, chocolate ice cream and more. A beauty with power and poise.

Gonzalez Byass NV Noe Viejo Pedro Ximénez (Jerez)

$49
Perfectly sweet, unctuous and rich, with lush coffee and cocoa aromas that indicate that complexity is coming. That promise is rewarded on the palate, which hits fifth gear in seconds flat. Flavorwise, it’s complex and balanced, with good acidity forcing up orange and honey flavors in addition to raisin and brown sugar. A Wow wine where there finish lasts for…

Gonzalez Byass NV Del Duque Amontillado Viejo 375 ml Sherry (Jerez)
-
$49
Rich, nutty and serious, with focus and power along with depth. This is a weighty, full-force style of amontillado that tips the scale at 21.5%, which is high. But for heady Sherry, this is excellent stuff. Toasted pecan, layered viscosity, balancing acids and pecan, walnut and almond flavors make for an intensely smooth ride.

Gonzalez Byass NV Apostoles Palo Cortado Viejo Sherry (Jerez)
-
$49
A unique and individual style of Sherry, even among palo cortados. It’s dark amber in color, with a pungent mix of aromas that include molasses, raw brown sugar, chocolate and campfire. Feels fresh on the tongue, with coffee, dark chocolate and core peach and citrus flavors.
