From the Happy Canyon area, this 100% Cabernet shows the ripeness this warmer eastern appellation brings to the grapes. It’s rich, dry and attractive in blackberries, black currants and oak, with mineral and herbal complexities and very refined tannins. Should age well for up to six years.

Pretty, polished and perfumed with citrus, hay, new oaky vanilla and white pepper aromas, this is a delicious, complex 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Complete malolactic fermentation gives it an attractively soft butteriness. Don’t drink this wine too cold.
