A delicious wine, soft and dry and easy to like. Shows layers of raspberries, cherries, tobacco, bacon, sandalwood, black pepper, cinnamon and other Asian spices, wrapped into smooth tannins.

Deliciously soft and a little sweet, with enormously ripe cherry, currant, chocolate, black pepper, lavender and sandalwood flavors. The alcohol is pretty high, but it sure is a pleasurable drink.

Super-fruity and extracted, with pie filling flavors of cherries and raspberries, and even richer notes of cocoa, sweet sandalwood, vanilla and smoky meringue. Seems like it will age and mellow for 3–5 years.

Nice and crisp, with a bite of acidity brightening the lemon, lime, pineapple, honeysuckle, vanilla and pepper spice flavors. Could be a touch drier, but it’s a sound Sauvignon Blanc.
