Henry Estate 2001 Müller-Thurgau (Umpqua Valley)

$9
This is a quaffable (about 10% alcohol), off, dry white wine, with intense, clean, lovely floral flavors. Citrus and citrus blossom mingle, making it almost like a still version of Prosecco. There is a surprisingly long finish with spicy floral flavors, intense and flavorful.

Henry Estate 1999 Pinot Noir (Oregon)
-
$51
Medium-weight, with solid, red cherry, black plum, cedar and cinnamon aromas and flavors. Though a bit too woody and dry for some panelists, others praised the soy and dry-rub spiced fruit on the palate. The very dark close shows lingering toasty oak, pepper and espresso notes. Drink now through 2006.
