Smells very pretty, like mineral, lemon meringue and fresh produce. It’s elegant and balanced on the palate, with floral, melon and minerally notes working in harmony. Fairly long and persistent on the finish.
Focused apple, pear, lime and grass notes are punctuated by some refreshing minerality here. The wine’s elegant in the mouth, with some earthy tones. If only the lovely fruit flavors on the finish hung around just a bit longer. Try with fresh goat cheese, sooner rather than later.
