Hillsview Vineyards 1999 Blewitt Springs Cabernet Sauvignon (Fleurieu Peninsula)

The core of this Cab is red plum coated in chalky but smooth tannins that extend through the finish. Nut, toast and Bourbon-liqueurish aromas emerge on the nose. (Thanks, French oak barrels!) An approachable, yummy Cab...and it won't break the bank, either.
