Cedar, leather, black plum and meat juice aromas are contradicted on the palate by tart red fruit and stemminess. A bit of air brings leather and medium char, but the greenery on the finish is a tad bitter. It’s Cabernet all right, but lacks some of the richness associated with the varietal.

Aromas of baby spinach and stewy rhubarb meet with cherry tomatoes that carries to the palate of tart red plum. Overall this is a bit tart, finishing with bitter greens.
