Hubert Veneau 2005 Cuvée S Sauvignon Blanc (Pouilly-Fumé)

A seriously herbaceous wine. Flavors of asparagus and green peas are here, alongside intense acidity. Maybe it will calm down in a year. At the moment it’s New Zealand on the Loire.
