Inniskillin 2003 Icewine Vidal Blanc (Niagara Peninsula)
Price
$59
Brilliant stuff that shows not all hybrids deserve to be scoffed at. Flamboyant aromas of dried pineapple combine with fresh apricots and honey in this rich, unctuous wine that’s incredibly sweet yet not cloying, thanks to vibrant acidity. Imported by Vincor USA.

Inniskillin 2005 Icewine Gold Vidal Blanc (Niagara Peninsula)
Price
$80
There’s a classic, elegant nose of apricot, apple and spice on this rich, golden dessert wine, and the flavors of mango, fig and honey have a touch of raciness and spice that balances the components beautifully. A lingering finish and overall exquisite play of flavors ensures that Inniskillin is still one os the best producers of ice wine in the world.

Inniskillin 2007 Icewine Vidal Blanc (Niagara Peninsula)
Price
$60
There’s incredible depth of both flavor and texture in this golden icewine from Inniskillin. Initially, it’s rich and creamy on the tongue with notes of honey, waxy florals and apple. Then, bright flashes of acidity bring forth tones of tangerine and Meyer lemon. Long and languorous on the finish, it’s a gorgeous wine all around.

Lovely icewine, balancing orange-marmalade sweetness against zesty acidity. Not overly heavy, yet completely mouthfilling, with hints of apple and orange blossoms on the nose. Imported by Vincor USA.

Price
$60
This Vidal icewine is packed with aromas of lemon, grapefruit and flowers, and offers a racy but luscious intermingling of lemon and apricot. The flavors are heady but never heavy—the wine has a delicate touch and an elegant, integrated character that would please almost any wine drinker.

Inniskillin 2002 Sparkling Icewine Vidal Blanc (Niagara Peninsula)
Price
$90
Perfumey aromas of corn, melon and ginger set the stage for one of the more unique wines on the market. It’s a true dessert-level ice wine, but one with a creamy mouthfeel, thanks to the multitude of tiny bubbles that seem to aid in balancing the sweetness. Strange at first, but tasty. Imported by Vincor USA.

Inniskillin 2003 Oak Aged Icewine Vidal Blanc (Niagara Peninsula)
Price
$80
If you like your wines over-the-top sweet, this one’s for you. Sticky and sweet, with powerful flavors of orange marmalade. Impressive, but lacking the precise, focused nature of the very best. Imported by Vincor USA.

Inniskillin 2005 Icewine Riesling (Niagara Peninsula)
Price
$80
Delicate flowers, honey and a touch of apricot typify this lovely dessert wine. On the palate, the flavors are set aloft by a touch of spice and acid. The character is serious but feminine, and the finish lingering, but clean.
— S.K.
